Refund Policy:

Like any other service providers, we also provide full or partial money back guarantee.

1. Full Refund: We'll refund ALL the amount you paid for the SIPP servise.


	Refund Requirements:

a. You must make this claim within the first 15 days of the purchase. There are no refunds after this period.
b. You must agree, to delete or uninstall any information/suggestions/strategies/tools provided by IconCool SIPP Team from your websites/ products/documents. You must agree don't use them in any way.

2. Partial Refund: We'll refund the amount you paid for the second month to the last month of the SIPP servise.


	Refund Requirements:

a. You must make this claim within the first 30 days of the purchase. There are no refunds after this period.
b. You are allowed to use the information/suggestions/strategies provided by IconCool SIPP Team in your websites/products/documents, but you must agree to uninstall any software tools provided by IconCool SIPP Team.

Limitation of Liability:

You agrees to limit the IconCool Team's liability for damages to the client to the total amount of the order, whichever is greater. In no event shall the IconCool Team be liable for more damages than the total amount of the order, even if the IconCool Team has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Service Policy:

1. The ranking of your website on Google, Yahoo and Bing depends on whether your products is in the leading position in industry and whether the key words is commonly used by your competitors on search engine. So we can not warrant the ranking of your website on the above search engines. Usually, the SEO service providers who charges thousands of dollars for the service will not warrant the ranking of your website.

2. The improvement of the ranking on search engine is a long term and complex process and it is impossible to improve it rapidly by an easy way, if not, Google, Yahoo and Bing will have no value.

3. SIPP gives you the comprehensive suggestions and strategies on internet marketing, sometimes, you need to put the suggestions into practice. For example, we just provide suggestion for altering your website, and you need to do the modification by yourself. Of course, we can also do that for you at a low price.

4.You agree to provide IconCool Team with any information, material requested by IconCool Team, to assist IconCool team with providing SIPP services to you.
